Carlson Leadership Academy or CLA is a leadership training clinic put on annually by SigEp from February 21 through February 23.  Our chapter has decided to take all of our new Executive Team along with our BMS Chairman.  On top of that, we have a couple more spots for ambitious non-executive members to apply for.  We are all very excited about the opportunity that we have ahead of us, and we will not take it for granted.  CLA will give us a unique insight on leadership that will benefit us not only for the rest of our time in SigEp, but for the rest of our lives.  We are looking forward to being able to collaborate with other chapters in our western region.  It will be very beneficial for us to see how other chapters run and likewise, it will be a great opportunity for us to show the other chapters how we do things.
