The Oregon Alpha executive team and four brothers (Spencer Templeman, Brett Thompson, Dalton Lundry, and Hunter Lundmark) travel to the Carlson Leadership Academy. The Carlson Leadership Academy is a leadership conference that is hosted by Sigma Phi Epsilon that aims to expand the high standard of leadership within the chapters that attend. Oregon Alpha was awarded the Excelsior award in the Balanced Man Program where last year the fraternity sent out the Balanced Man Scholarship to all high schoolers in Oregon and Washington. This lead to hundreds of applicants and nearly 100 interviews for the scholarship. As a pinnacle of our recruitment, the BMS scholarship helped bring in 45 new members in the fall of 2018.
